Full Job Description
The Orchard Care Home is looking for a reliable day carer with good literacy and numeracy skills and a warm and friendly disposition. Your role is to deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents, following individual care plans, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independance and choice are met. If you are successful in your application, you will be required to complete an enhanced CRB, your mandatory training must be up to date and you will learn new skills to acquire an NVQ2 within 12 months of taking up the position .
